Svella Plc Chairman Andrew Tinkler made site visits across the North West to meet colleagues at Svella Connect and see first-hand how key telecoms infrastructure projects were progressing.
Andrew (fourth from left) and fellow executive Ben Whawell (left) met site teams to gauge progress, get feedback and suggestions on how the company can continue to grow and improve.
Andrew said: “It was great to get out and meet the teams on the ground who are doing a fantastic job delivering a top-class service on behalf of our key clients.
“It is very important for me to meet our people working at the coalface to understand the challenges they encounter. We got useful feedback from many of the employees and the company can take that forward to make improvements.”
The teams were working on our Consumer Connections Workstream projects as part of the Virgin Media contract in the Warrington area.
Andrew met Curtis Iles and Javan Howell from the consumer pre-enablement team, who were installing new cables from the street-side network into consumer properties. He also spoke with Rob Langton and Rob Paige who were undertaking consumer civils work by clearing blockages to help facilitate installations.
Andrew said he was impressed by the teams’ dedication and eagerness to provide a quality service to clients.
“All elements of the projects Svella Connect carries out are important, whether its civils, installations or PMIs. It’s crucial that we do a first-class job for our customers, who can then deliver a great service to the end user. This is particularly important for our growth, business development and the future success of our company,” he added.
Successful delivery of Svella Connect’s important telecoms infrastructure projects is helping ensure more homes and businesses have access to high-speed internet to help facilitate modern-day living and develop business operations.
