Scheduling Coordinator (Build)

Warrington

  • Responsible for the regional planning and organisation of the Civils and Cable work programme.

  • Using your judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in scheduling procedures.

  • Ensuring weekly planned value is recorded, monitored and reported to the Operations Manager.

Rake Hand Team Leader

Warrington

  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and effective reinstatement of roadways/pathways and additional infrastructures affected by our telecommunications projects.

  • Successfully lead a team to restore surfaces to their original condition following installations/maintenance works.

  • Drive high performance within your team.

Warehouse Operative

Yorkshire

  • Overseeing the general operations of the yard and warehouse, ensuring stock is available in a timely manner and deliveries are unloaded and booked in.

  • Bills of materials are prepared and ready for site cable gangs.

  • Ensuring general cleanliness of the yard and warehouse.

Managing Quantity Surveyor

Midlands

  • A key role within the commercial team requiring a commercially astute commercial professional.

  • Exhibiting a proven track record of business partnering, managing and developing a team, analysing complex data and managing work in progress and cashflow.

  • Overseeing commercial and financial management, contract management, subcontracted works and management and development.

Residential Field Technician

Grimsby

  • HFC pre-enablement, rodding, roping and pulling copper cables to properties through underground networks, carrying out garden works.

  • FTTP/PIA pre-enablement, installation of micro ducts and fibre blowing, pulling sterlite fibre ducting from the cab to property using  underground networks.

  • Overhead fibre PIA - spanning sterlite fibre from pole networks to properties, working at heights, pole climbing, using MEWP equipment.

Administrator

Kirkby in Ashfield

  • Monitoring the Svella Connect works validation mailbox for all incoming works sent by the client.

  • Managing the incoming action item folder on Force, validating all incoming action items and attached job packs to ensure they hold all key information required and referring back to the client when required.

  • Uploading granted permits from streetworks systems into the work management system to ensure site compliance to conditions.

Cable Supervisor (Build)

Warrington

  • Responsible for leading your team of cable technicians with the pre-enablement of existing fibres, splicing and final end-to-end testing.

  • Ensuring the compliance of safety regulations and quality standards.

  • Working closely with other departments to ensure projects are successfully delivered.

Grab Driver (HIAB)

Warrington

  • Supporting the installation, maintenance and expansion of the telecoms infrastructure, delivering materials, equipment and product to sites and civils teams across the North West.

  • Operate the HIAB Grab vehicle to transport and install telecommunications materials at various sites.

  • Safely load and unload materials, backfilling of excavations.

Commercial Director

Midlands, North West, Yorkshire

  • Directing the coordination and preparation of the long-term plan and annual budget process for the commercial areas. Identifying areas of focus and key drivers to ensure profitable growth

  • Directing the commercial forecast process and providing value-added insights into the operating results of the business. Identifying and support actions in conjunction with business partners to meet financial targets in a flexible and agile manner

  • Reporting via management board meetings on  commercial position, covering and focusing on leading KPIs.

Hire Desk Supervisor

Midlands

  • Delivery of world-class customer service. Receiving and actioning requests for plant or vehicles in a timely, concise manner.

  • To receive off-hire requests and progress through to collection of the asset. This includes keeping all parties fully informed throughout and fully updating our records upon off-hire.

  • To supervise the critical Motor Insurance Database (MID). The supervisor will be expected to monitor the maintenance of the MID, ensuring that all vehicles are insured and vehicles which are no longer in our custody are removed.

IT Service Desk Analyst

Warrington

  • Providing first line technical support for company computer systems and user equipment, including laptops, desktops, smartphones, and tablets, software and network-related issues. 

  • Providing remote user support for desktop and mobile users, including occasional site visits for job resolution and equipment delivery. 

  • Fault diagnosis on company devices, such as laptops and desktops, mobile phones, and tablets.

Team Manager

Warrington

  • Managing our Residential Field Technicians, coordinating their daily activities and ensuring the successful completion of telecoms projects.

  • Ensuring the efficiency, quality and safety of our field operations.

  • Dealing with outside organisations, including local authority personnel, customers and sub-contractors.

Business Development Manager

Warrington

  • Aberla Energy is introducing this post to create growth within the business. It is an opportunity to join our exciting journey in a company with huge aspirations. 

  • Although home based, the role will involve regular travel to prospect new business and deliver sales proposals, with the North West of England a priority. 

  • You will work with the team to develop opportunities to expand our solar PV projects, taking sales from contact and lead generation to order from client.
