A new training programme to identify and develop the next generation of leaders and managers within Svella Connect has been launched.
The first cohort of 24 emerging leaders have joined the Manager Essentials programme – a series of four initial leadership workshops to help develop the skills needed to become effective leaders in the company.
Nicola Arrowsmith, People Director, said: “Training and development is a key focus area for the company. Not only do we want to ensure new recruits are properly inducted into the business, but we also want to maximise our internal talent pool by developing the skills of all colleagues and helping them progress their careers in the telecoms industry with Svella Connect.
“Identifying and developing our future managers from within the business is an important aspect in strengthening our long-term position and working towards the company’s strategic growth targets.”
