Following a very quick turnaround with the developments team, our new site at Europa Boulevard is now open, becoming fully operational during the first week of October.
This new depot, the second of our site investments across the Svella Connect network, demonstrates our continued investment in bringing our teams together – giving you the space to work and share ideas, hold meetings in the comfort of meeting rooms that are spacious and modern and allowing ideas and engagement to flow.
You will be aware of the large number of screens located on both the ground and first floors, these screens will shortly be displaying our “Performance Dashboards” focusing on our team performance against the plan.
They will help bring the daily and weekly volumes to life and allow us to review and drive productivity and performance across each workstream. Linked with the vehicle tracking solution, they will help us address areas of unproductive time that exist in the current plans and allow us to drive waste from the supply chain and increase productivity across the business.
We are aware that the car park is still suffering from congestion, this is mainly driven by the external contractors who remain on site, we are working to open up additional areas to improve this and will share updates on this in the coming weeks.
