Svella Asset Services continues to invest in its talent and create career opportunities with the appointment of Jack Boothroyd as General Manager.
The internal promotion will see Jack assume responsibility for all of the hire operations with much of his initial focus being directed to the refinement of management reporting to assist both businesses in the decision-making process.
“I am delighted for Jack, since I joined the business I have been impressed with his knowledge of the operation, desire to excel and passion for customer-service,” said Simon Cartwright, Managing Director of Svella Asset Services.
“There was much competition for the role from external candidates so it is pleasing to promote from within. In the period immediately following administration, Jack was pivotal in ensuring business continuity. His progression is richly deserved,” Simon added.
“I am looking forward to my new role and I am determined to ensure that we are a differentiator for Svella Connect. By supporting Svella Connect in its ambitious growth plans we will also grow our business,” said Jack.
Jack joined the business in August 2020 as Graduate Trainee and progressed quickly to the role of Business Improvement Manager. He holds a first-class degree in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam university and is a passionate Nottingham Forest fan.
