We recently rolled out company electronic timesheets via the mobile devices, as we move away from manual, paper timesheets and track sheets.
It is now mandatory for all operational colleagues to sign in and out each day via the electronic time and attendance solution.
This can be accessed via scanning the QR code on any smart phone, including the Svella Connect issued mobile devices.
If your phone is not working, please ensure you register your hours via either your team leader or colleagues in your team.
Any issues with mobile devices, or registering your hours, need to be escalated to your line manager and the central IT support desk, failure to report could result in attendance not being recorded and hours not being paid.
This is your responsibility to report your start and finish times.
