A new Divisional Director has been appointed to lead Svella Connect’s operations for key customer Openreach, as the full fibre broadband provider builds ultrafast networks across the UK.
Pam Sahota joined Svella Connect at the start of August and will head up Openreach operations including driving service excellence and business improvement across the workstreams.
She will manage all aspects of the Openreach account and work with her team to introduce enhanced process structures and improve systems to help drive more efficient working and better overall performance.
Pam said: “My previous roles have included key account management including exploring options for continuous improvement and incorporating digital transformation to drive business improvement.
“I’m hoping to bring those skills to Svella Connect and the Openreach account in particular to drive efficiency and ensure we can build on the current platform to provide our customer with the best possible service.”

Pam has previously worked with logistics giant DHL Supply Chain, has been a distribution manager for military and government logistics at Kuehne & Nagel and has worked in the oil sector for 13 years.
