Staff members can earn £1,000 for every person they attract to Svella Connect.
The £1,000 bonus for every person referred to and subsequently employed by Svella Connect will be paid in three stages: £250 paid one month after the new employee’s start date, £250 after three months and £500 after they pass their six-month probation period.
There is no cap on number of referrals you can make.
