Svella Connect’s Yorkshire team hired 14 people in a day – after a highly successful ‘speed dating’ interview recruitment session.
The innovative event – part of Svella Connect’s drive to strengthen its teams across Yorkshire, the Midlands and North West – saw 45 candidates attend the session.
Regional Operations Manager Ryan Jackson gave a talk to all of the candidates about the various roles, responsibilities and opportunities available, as well as giving an overview of Svella Connect and its long-term plans for the future.
The session then moved on to a series of one-to-one interviews to determine which applicants would be successful.
The North West recruitment team organised a similar event in their region.
